The only major change from 2000 is that we WILL transition to a 100% double-window carrier system.

Detailed Information

Although the "pay as you go" system planned for the 2001calendar year sounded like a great idea, in reality the system would have too many problems. A vendor-like structure would not be a success for us, and could result in higher costs overall.

We will continue the use of generic CRE's on all Olathe-fulfilled publications. ALL BRE's (no matter where the fulfillment bureau) and ALL non-Olathe fulfilled publications will continue to receive magazine-specific CRE's.

The big transition will the successful switch to a 100% double-window system. There were practically no instances where the double-window performed to such a poor extent that the switch cannot be made. ALL carriers ordered will be now be double-window carriers unless other arrangements are specifically made with Bridget.

NOTE:
Those of you who order envelopes for renewals, invoices, or other specific functions may continue to order single-window stock. You will need to make a specific note of this on your order form, as the only options shown will be for double-window carriers.
