Instructions: Ordering Shells & Carriers

Use the order forms distributed by Bridget Higgins and the information below to order shells and #10 carrier envelopes.

How/What to Order:
Use the form (click here to view form) to indicate for EACH mailing you plan to do: (Do not lump efforts together even if they will use the same stock.)

magazine
package name
estimated quantity (it's OK to change your quantity until final deadlines)
estimated mail date (this is absolutely required)
whether the package is a reverification or a new name
color/size preference (the preferred size and color for each package are indicated on the attachments - however, if you request a special size or color, I may be able to accommodate you, please indicate what YOU would prefer and we can discuss.)
also indicate if you need varying quantities of shells vs. carriers due to quantity in stock at MDI warehouse. For example, you have 10M Neon Carriers, but no shell stock left for a 20M piece Neon Rever effort. You order the Neon Package, but indicate 10M Carriers, and 20M pieces of letterhead.
indicate which type of carrier you are ordering. For example, is a standard or double window carrier to be used?
indicate SPANISH or PORTUGUESE language promos, using the check boxes on the order forms. As with any promotion, translation costs will be forwarded to your publication for payment.
indicate if the stock needs to be shipped anywhere besides MDI. Provide mailing address if appropriate.

Make copies of the form as needed. PLEASE fill in your name. Keep a copy for your files.
