Additional information for calculating your gang PANs.

Detailed Information

On top of the total of all per/M costs, there will be a 4%* overage on each quantity you order, which will be rounded up. Envelopes are rounded to the nearest 500, shells are rounded to the nearest 100. When submitting quantities, please submit only the ACTUAL quantity you'll need. DO NOT add on the overage yourself, as this will be taken care of automatically during the ordering process. Just make sure the overage cost is covered in your PAN.

On top of all of this, add in an additional 8% for sales tax.

Let's take an example. You need 100,000 shells and carriers for a rever.

To figure overs
100,000 x 4% = 4,000 overs (Combined shell and carrier costs are $55/M.)
$55/M x 4,000 = $220 in additional costs to pay for overage
Don't forget to add everything together!
$55/M x 104,000 total printed (including overs) =
$5,720 TOTAL for printing shells and carriers

To figures sales tax
$5,720 TOTAL for printing shells and carriers
x 8% sales tax = $457.60 in tax
$5720 print costs + $457.60 tax =
$6,177.60 the TOTAL amount for printing and tax that should be used to open this PAN for this package. Don't forget - these are estimated costs/M!
