Print production will begin the first week of November. Stock is due to be delivered in December, allowing ample time to hit mail dates at the first of January. This time frame is ENTIRELY dependent on the timely and accurate submission of orders!

Detailed Information

Digital files are scheduled to be submitted to the printers on the first of November. Printing and delivery should take four to six weeks. Initial deliveries will begin in early December. It can take two to three weeks for full delivery. (All materials needed for early January mailings will deliver first.) We allow MDI at least two weeks to process and store the printed materials. Allowing this period of time means MDI has "agreed" with our delivery receipts. This prevents problems later in the year regarding arguments of what "exactly" was delivered.

Gang stock will be available for mailings on the first of January. Turn in checklists to MDI according to the normal 10 day turnaround time. Don't worry about your stock. It will be there.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:
Make a note on any new Work Order submitted to the promotions staff if you are using 2001 stock. This helps them to know where to look for your layout. Once 2000 is over, you may discontinue this practice.
