Inventory at MDI to be completed on August 23rd and 24th. Stock information distributed week of September 11th. Use stock information to determine 2001 gang order.

Detailed Information

Most people will have at least some stock remaining at MDI. Information on this stock will be provided after the MDI inventory, completed on Wednesday and Thursday, August 23rd and 24th.

The photocopied pages you submitted will be returned with updated counts written directly on the page. Use the confirmed counts on these sheets to update your stock books.

Any stock found during the inventory belonging to your publications that was NOT included in the pages you gave to me will be given to you with a new plastic sleeve, for immediate insertion into your stock book. The inventory will include everything stored at MDI - carriers, returns, pass-alongs, post cards, etc.

Use your updated stock information to assist in ordering your packages for 2001.
