Important Information

Estimate PAN numbers with:

  • CREs/BREs: $20/M
  • Carrier Envelopes: $25/M
  • Letterhead 11" or 14": $25/M
  • 4% overage
  • 8% tax

Important Dates

  • First Half gang initial orders due Monday, October 9th. Estimates are OK.
  • First Half gang FINAL orders due Friday, October 20th.
  • PAN number requests MUST be submitted to accounting by Friday, October 20th.
  • Information on trashable stock at MDI due IMMEDIATELY.
  • There is NO flexibility on final due dates.

First Half gang delivery complete mid-December.
First Half gang stock available for mailings at first of January.
