Stock books provide an overview of warehouse inventory at MDI. In addition, the books offer a single place to check what is available "at a glance."

Detailed Information

Sleeves of gang printed materials will be distributed as samples become available. Samples printed individually through the promotions department are distributed in this same way. I am aware that receipt of sleeves for promotions printed throughout the year has been almost non-existent. I am working on a solution to this problem.

For 2001, you'll continue to use an old binder for your MDI stock book. I'll be happy to provide you a new binder if you'd like to have one. Please notify me if you have a problem with space in your binder.

Remember: your step in the maintenance of your stock book is crucial. The books will only work if every single mailing is faithfully recorded.
