Use
the order forms distributed by Bridget Higgins and the information below
to order #9 CREs and BREs. All publications fulfilled in Olathe will have
generic CRE return addresses. ALL BREs remain publication-specific.

How/What
to Order:
Unless you already have adequate stock in existence at various lettershops/warehouses,
all BREs/CREs planned for use in the first half of 2000 must be ordered
now. This is not only in the interest of cost-savings for the department,
but time-savings for the promotions group.
Use
the form (click here to view form) to indicate:
- magazine
- estimated
quantity (it's OK to change your quantity until the final deadline)
o do not break out the order by individual mailings - lump the order
together by magazine.
- indicate
if the stock needs to be shipped anywhere besides MDI.
Provide mailing address if appropriate.
Remember
that I have no way to cross reference your BRE and CRE orders for accuracy
(as I do not know what mailings you may have planned), so make sure your
order is correct!
Don't
forget to order extra BREs and CREs for in-house uses if needed!
All
publications processed in Olathe will go to a generic CRE. For accounting
purposes, all BREs must be kept magazine-specific.
