frame: Detailed Information Submit a Work Order for a gang printed project just as you would for any other. Even if you plan to do multiple mailings of a single type of stock (such as a new name) a Work Order must be submitted for each and every scheduled effort. The only difference on a Work Order for a job that has been gang printed is that you must indicate what package you ordered, which color, and the size of the sub form (this is critical). Without this information, the Art Director is just going to have ask you anyway, as we can't do the layout without it. I'ts best to attach samples of the pieces you'll be mailing when submitting your Work Orders - you may print them off of inet. This helps eliminate confusion on packages with very similar names. When submitting Work Orders, be sure to indicate if any additional stock needs to be ordered to complete the mailing. When dealing with direct mail, the promotions staff assumes your stock has been ordered on a gang print. If you need something ordered, you must specify what and how much. Don't forget that if you ordered 20M pieces for a package, you cannot mail 20,100. Please see me first if additional stock is needed to complete a mailing. Chances are, I can accommodate you. |
