We use a generic CRE for all Hallmark-fulfilled titles. No magazine-specific information is included.

The generic CRE allows us to greatly reduce the number of CRE and BRE versions, keeping our costs very low. In addition, as new magazines are created or others are killed/sold, stock may be easily transferred with no waste.

BRE's MUST be magazine-specific to meet USPS guidelines and to ensure accurate accounting.
